Our Goal_______________________________________

Our Hebrew School is a place where the joys, values and traditions of Judaism are brought to life.  We feel it is essential that this is a positive, exciting and enjoyable experience in your child’s life.

Our primary goal is for our students to feel tremendous pride and affection for their heritage.  We believe that this can best be accomplished in an atmosphere of joy and liveliness.

Our program is designed to provide a broad understanding and appreciation of Judaism.  Our curriculum includes: Hebrew Reading, Writing, Vocabulary and Dialogue, Jewish History, Calendar Program, Holidays, Life Cycles Events, Traditions, Culture, Prayers and Current Events.  We infuse our curriculum with games, drama, songs, arts and crafts, workshops, holiday parties and family events.  We want to keep our students motivated and excited about coming back each Sunday and Wednesday.

We are instituting new curriculums for this year: “The Jewish Home”, “The Exodus”, and “The Aleph Bet”.  These new curriculums were creatively made to provide a hands-on experience and a real feeling for the subject being studied.  We will continue have family workshops, adult Hebrew School, teen groups, Friday Night Family and class Shabbat Dinners, Bar & Bat Mitzvah classes, birthday celebrations and holiday and community events.
